Pacman has had legs since the 80's LOL hell in Pac Man 2 for sega genesis whic was an interesting game...he had legs LOL but yes he had lets in the mario Kart game as well

It was on 3ds the last nsmb2 game. They had DLC that was free to download for a limited time new levels to play in coin rush mode I believe
