The FAQ's in my give-a-ways have always sucked and were never about explaining anything worthwhile.

I don't see how it's a waste. How is it wasting anything? You're not making any sense here for me. It's a waste of time to offer something free for someone? Why would they have to wait or remember a year after they win? They win, they choose, I send it out. Simple.
