Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers is coming to North America in spring 2013. Originally released for Sega Saturn, Soul Hackers has been enhanced for the Nintendo 3DS with an auto-mapping function on the bottom screen and the ability to change difficulty levels mid-dungeon. The 3DS version also has 30 more demons, a new theme song, and anime opening.

Of course, the most important feature is Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers has been localized in English.

Thats great..... I wonder if it will get an EU release too... if not, another reason to get a US 3DS..

There is no doubt that the EU will get this, too. However, it will most likely be published by Ghostlight, since ATLUS hasn't made a European division. Which I wonder why they haven't made one yet. Is ATLUS obscure in the PAL regions?

They do a fair few games, most of the big US releases, but not everything. Its not a widely known name here in terms of bringing in overseas games. In Australia people look to Namco Bandai more so.

If you look at the lists here on the right, it goes Jap, US, EU, AU... and here in AU we don't get a lot... scroll down, especially for PSP. That's why I'm so upset about the 3DS being region locked.

It seems the PAL region has been skipping a lot of 3DS ATLUS titles. Are they having troubles finding publishers for them?

I'm not sure if its that or just they think its not worth it coz they won't sell.
