Handing over the Community Reviews section

I would gladly take over the Review section, but the problem with me is that it would be changed to fit how I would run it. Like everything I do, it would get the "Lethal" overhaul. I would be changing the layout, the tier names, fonts, colors, etc. I would keep the images that are used though.

I would be doing this with ZERO disrespect in mind. It would be because it would be something I need to do to make me motivated to keep up with it. It would literally have to become MY project.

If you are cool with that, then I would love to take over. I also completely understand if you would rather not see drastic changes.

I fully understand this. For me to be passionate about something, it has to be inline with my tendencies and style and EVERYTHING has to be perfect. I put a lot of myself into the section though, and the idea of it being overhauled is a little hard to swallow...but on the other hand I know that the CR section and the spirit of it would be kept and nurtured and I really want to put my focus on my DUST related projects, as I have a lot planned...

The changes that you mentioned, they would be just cosmetic changes to the index page?

Mr Dark V, how do you feel? Is the section as it stands something that you would want to change and adopt or are you happy with it as is? Please be honest!

My changes would simply be cosmetic to the layout of the index. Colors, fonts, tier names. How reviews are done and what we expect from them would not change.

It is like my job. If someone started building a deck, and asked me to finish. You bet your ass it will be finished my way lol

And honestly, we have a good staff right now that there is not a whole lot for me to do. This would keep me a little more busy around the forum.

Hmmm, well, there is always the alternative that I simply ask the wonderful staff/content team to make a lil update here and there when reviews get added...Mr Kuro and Mr D have already said they'd be down for that...and I'll maintain my big daddy role in terms of direction and future changes...

I don't think it takes much to maintain the section. What we really need is someone just to update the index when I new review is added also to make sure the review has a good format and is not to short.

I think each personal review having their own style is great you can tell the difference from one of my reviews when compared to Lethals of DV or Sir ect...

Pretty much all the hard work has been done working out the section space graphics for the most part. We just need to continue pushing out review as a community. Obviously we are off to a great start so far. Section is too NEW to honestly need an overhaul. Maybe in a years time sure but not now..

I used my SMC powers to add myself lmao ill assist with adding to the index when I'm am needed to do so I can always be reached via PM it comes directly to my personal cell if needed for anything

I got to get motivated to work on some reviews I'll be bored at work tomorrow so I'm gonna bring my 3ds and work on a review for super mario 3d land and the 3ds hardware itself that'll be the last 3ds reviews ill do for it this year...want to start my Wii U review I got a couple days off next week to work on that and nintendo land

Most likely me I don't mind. It doesn't require much time at all to maintain so yeah, all good.

Its some downtime atm over the holiday season but I as well as many other members I'm sure will be reviewing their xmas games sometime after the holidays
