Handing over the Community Reviews section

So, to bring everyone up to speed, it seems like we have enough people who are kindly willing to just keep the index updated, so I will remain as the "admin" to deal with the sections design and infrastructure. There is a large part of the CR section's vision that hasn't yet been implemented (rank/reward related) so I'll get that sorted next year too.

As I said in OP, next year is all about DUST 514 regarding my time, and there are 3 badasses in the CR ranks who are happy to keep it ticking along so business as kinda usual.

Yeah once its all settled, I'll close it and trash it. But we can keep discussion going for a while over this busy holiday season its not doing any harm

Okay so basically Ghostie is still supreme overlord admin man. Which is good coz its his baby.

But if I see a review that needs adding to the index and names and ranks that need updating and get to it before he does I'll handle it.
