They planned the HD remakes aroumd the same time and began working on KH first but somehow announced FFX first. Basically idiocracy nut meh I'll be happy to have both.

It will it's suppose to be 2 Final Mixes(Re:Chain Memories might as well count as a final mix) Plus the Days cutscenes as well.

Honestly though I'm going to get to see if it aged well it's been a decade since the game released, and I've played and beat imo far Superior games that make KH's plot look like some young kid shit.

japanese retailers have revealed new details surrounding kingdom hearts hd 1.5 remix, including an english voice option for kingdom hearts: Final mix.

• in addition to high-resolution graphics, the game has been updated with the latest character models and textures.
• menu and background textures have also been remade.
• switch between english voices with japanese subtitles and japanese voices.
• the abilities “exp zero” and “combo master” have been added.
• the camera can be controlled with the right analog stick.
• the “talk” and “special ability” commands have been remapped to the triangle button.
• the “summon” option has been moved to the fourth command slot.
• trophy support.
• clear the game to unlock a playstation 3 custom theme.

kingdom hearts re: Chain of memories

• play sora and riku’s story in high-definition.
• ui such as menus have been upgraded for high-definition.
• trophy support.

Yep, you're right.

..also I'm glad to see they are updating the UI too. I hate in games when they release HD editions yet the UI is still big a chunky as if it is still SD. Hopefully they make it smaller to look better.

Remember how the KH story almost made sense with the first game... and then it grew increasingly more convoluted with each subsequent release? I do hope this comes stateside, but I'd love to see the series get a final conclusion and just tie all the loose ends already.

Just another case of a cash cow getting milked... then again, there is Disney.
