That's a tough one, RPG's have been pretty scarce..at least for me. Maybe you could check out a 3 month sub for PS Plus. There might be some PS1 and 2 classics or free games you could check out. I can't vouch for it though cuz I don't have it, but might be worth a look into.
Hopefully someone has some actual suggestions lol but good luck.

Disgaea series are pretty fun it's a srpg though. Can't really think of RPGs on the psn store atm.

I'm pretty sure none of those are available arif, but you could check the store yourself, I'm 90% certain they're not available at least not the FF ones.

There are hd collections coming out for kh and ffx but god knows when square will release. To answer your question those aren't on the store.
