I realize that eshop has saved my credit card number and other details (expiration date etc) and I don't want it to.
I looked for an option to remove it but to no avail. Any help will be appreciated.

I've looked around could find anything outside deleting you eshop account to get the cc info out of there

you cannot remove it once it is assigned to the 3ds your outta luck to remove that information you have to do a complete format and removal of account and its not easy you have to call nintendo get them to close the 3ds account over the phone then erase and wipe the 3ds
