Is SWOTR so boring that this is all players have to look forward to?

I mean the Bioware producer even writes about it:

"I realize that we promised SGR to you guys and that many of you believed that this would be with a companion character," Hickman wrote, addressing the likely disappointment among many advocates of same-gender romance in the game. "Unfortunately, this will take a lot more work than we realized at the time and it (like some other pieces of content we talked about earlier in the year) has been delayed as we focused on the changes required to take the game free-to-play. As we have said in the past, allowing same gender romance is something we are very supportive of."

Is this because people complained that there wasn't same gender romances because they have actually fallen in love with their characters?

Yes SWTOR sucks so bad that this is what they have to look forward to. Everything was there to have the game be awesome but some how it all sucked.

Yeah, I remember this from months ago and this is actually a big deal to some people of the SWTOR community. As to why all those websites are reporting it? Slow news day? I guess with any MMO some people really get sucked into their avatar and end up trying to be themselves in an online world. The romance options in the game are pretty tame anyways.

I tried desperately to get a Lesbian relationship going on in Mass Effect 2. I had a female avatar and I flirted for a little bit with that lady, the secretary type woman, who was always hanging around by the star map. She said once that she wanted to meet up for dinner. I thought I'd see a graphic scene where we kissed or something but it didn't happen. It built me up into a frenzy and then let me down. I had to turn to YouPorn in the end and see real ladies.

I enjoyed my 2 months as a paid member of SWtOR but there just wasn't enough to keep me there. I'm hearing their free2play proposition isn't that great so doesn't sound like it's working out, either.

i mean make a great story, excellent game and that's all you need

if you throw in this kind of thing, do it with decent respect to the people that are who they are and try not to offend

The problem was SWTOR was a good single player game, the online portion just never felt alive. They should've just made a true successor to Knights Of The Old Republic.

I kind of liked how relationships worked in the Sims. In real life I'd have my balls chopped off if I had an affair, but in the game you could send your wife off to work and invite around the next-door neighbour for some shenanigans.

i know i certainly do not bother with it at all and even in fable 2 and 3 i did not even bother in that either
