It is called 'Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation' and is currently on the Japanese PlayStation store.

The game should be in a new window when you first open up the store and will have the words "Battle Operation" on it.



It has 14 trophies mostly ranking up based but also has 3 secret ones which are Win your first match, Be praised for the first time & Log on for 7 consecutive days.

There is no English option as far as I am aware of but this should help you out (see below)

Main Menu Options:


Option 1: Join Mission (open secondary tab to join mission, from there two options appear-Top) Quick Match. Bottom) Custom Match, this one opens two more choices- Top) Search existing mission. Bottom)Create mission)
Option 2: Customize
Option 3: Development
Option 4: Paint (unlocked at rank 3)
Option 5: Database/ record keeping
Option 6: Options


Options Menu:


Option 1: Controls
Option 2: Sound
Option 3: Restore defaults
Option 4: View credits


Control Sub screen Top Box:
Line 1: Stabilize On/ Off
Line 2: Left Stick Sensitivity
Line 3: Right Stick Vertical Normal/ Inverted
Line 4: Right Stick Horizontal Normal/ Inverted
Line 5: Vibration On/ Off


The Bottom Box allows selective changing to the controls for various modes in the game.


Mobile Suit stats:


The first thing to note is the colored patch at the top of the stat box:
Red patch indicates a melee specialist Mobile Suit
Blue patch indicates a general type Mobile Suit
Yellow patch indicates a support type Mobile Suit, better equipped for range combat


Now the Stat box starting at the line with “HP” in it and moving down:
Line 1: Mobile Suit Hit points
Line 2: Bullet Armor- amount bullet damage is reduced
Line 3: Beam Armor- amount beam damage is reduced
Line 4: Melee Armor- amount melee damage is reduced
Line 5: Ranged Ability
Line 6: Melee Ability
Line 7: Speed- general does not include using thrusters
Line 8: Thrusters: How effectively Mobile Suit uses them before overheat


Bottom Box indicates special abilities of the Mobile Suit, I haven't figured out what many of these indicate:
Bullseye- Ability to use Scope sight while standing, sniper capability
Foot over smoke- Ability to Hover Dash, I think all suits have this unless they have treads.


General Control:


Mobile Suit controls:
Left stick: Movement
Right Stick: Aim reticle
L3: Brings up a menu on left of screen that show squadmates status, so you know who needs help.
R3: Enter Sniper mode
X: Dash, hold to dash longer. In some Suits Dash + moving the Left stick in any direction will execute an evasive roll.
Triangle: Dashing strike, overheats the dash ability to evade or slam opponent and stun them briefly/ when infantry use knife
Square: Reload your weapon
Circle: If crouching you eject pilot/ if outside Mobile Suit used to reenter/ also used for specified actions like conquer, hide, or, ride
R1: Fire weapon or Slash melee weapon
R2: Tap to quickly cycle between weapons/ Hold to bring up weapon select
L2: Crouch/ If pressed while crouching lay prone/ If pressed while airborne descend
L1: Tap to jump/ Hold for hover- limited by thruster capability
The direction pad sends general commands to your squadmates, but since I don't speak Japanese I have no idea what they are.

Whoever got/gets this, have fun. This looks like it plays just like the old ps2 games. Used to love those games, even though some were lacking a bit of polish.
