I recently got hit by a virus, used a virus scan and deleted the virus, then I decided to rescan again, went away, came back and the screen was blank and i was not able to get anything to show so i hit the restart button on the computer and the whole thing turn off. Usually I'm able to pinpoint the issue but I cant seem to think of it. The motherboard is getting power and I was thinking that if it was any other hardware issue , it would of at least boot, but theres no boot, just nothing. Anyone have any advice?

No the hardware was not booting up, but I did fixed the problem, thanks to vladTGS, I had to remove my video card to clear the cmos, which got the computer to finally boot and found out the video card was the issue. Now I'm running on a crappy nvidia 210 until i buy a better card.
