I will say even with the xbox360 having an extra year on the market than PS3 sales are still close however the xbox in america is more universally promoted when people that don't know anything about video games they think Xbox so kudo's to their marketing for getting the brand out there

A concept that some people on here seem unable to grasp. Judging by the butthurt reactions it seems that some people care more about sales then they would have you believe.

I meant impartial haha. Swype + tapatalk playing with me again. I don't think PS3 is better. I have often said that both consoles are good and simply have different strengths that appeal to different people, it just so happens that PlayStation resonates with me more.

Oh ok. Fair enough then. As for me I've openly stated that I prefer the 360 but that doesnt mean I dont enjoy my PS3.

Wii U doing decently. We'll see if it can maintain good sales though, the lineup isn't looking too hot. It needs a 3D Mario this year then I might get one.

I'm not sure why people are saying that the 360 has no exclusives. I've certainly played excellent exclusives for it and most mutiplats are much better on it.

Besides that, why complain about the 360 when the PS3 is far from perfect. I had to buy a 360 style controller for my PS3 because the thumb stick for the left hand is in a bad place on the dual shock. They need to update their controller. If you let your thumb go to a rest, it will move up towards the top of your controller (to it's natural position). It makes no sense for you to have your left thumb stretched far to the right the whole time. The right thumb doesn't matter as much since the buttons on the right side will get a lot of use and they're already where your right thumb needs to be.

BTW, Wii U sales sucked. I think the only people that couldn't see the truth were those that had already purchased it and were invested in it's success. Look at luanch year sales on the PS3 and 360. Both almost nearly double the Wii. The 360 was sold out the entire time too while the Wii U was widely available last month.

The only Wii U's that are not available or in short supply was the deluxe set when I went to game stop last week they were out of the deluxe set but had the basic set available I would imagine that's the case and been the case with Wii U

I avoid gamestop's because I hate that they'll sell you an open game as new. I was at Target recently and they had a locked cabinet FULL of deluxe's. And I don't mean a few. I mean it was PACKED with them. I expect a minimum of a $50-100 price drop holiday 2013. A really nice bundle with a couple games, maybe the pro controller, and $250 should sell a lot.

ps3 did bad compared to last year. 600+k-ish. Sony needs to learn to make a proper bundle.

Mmmm that sweet sweet failure of Sony...When I see Sony sales lagging, it gives me the biggest hardest erection. I feel empowered by Sony's failure...in fact I bang my gf while looking at sales charts...never came so hard and so long,especially seeing Sony in last place...it just meant the world to me.

Fuck me, the 360 continues on it's domination station. It's unstoppable. Interesting fact at GAF, the 360 in the US is only 1.8 million units away from the PS2 in the same time frame. If MS keeps it up, it will overtake the PS2 in the US over the same times.

Yeah it is only estimations. It's funny because it was estimated that the PS3 has overtaken the 360 worldwide but that gets laughed away from the 360 fans.
