Damn! Can't say how excited I am for this guys. I've always, always wanted a gamer setup to play PC games like a boss. Needless to say, I needed a machine to be with me at all times, so I couldn't build one up myself, although I would've loved to. Then again, I love Asus as a brand and I think their products are top of the line. Besides, no way in hell will I ever spend my money again on Macbooks and I'll never look at Alienware as a viable option.
Anyone has one of these bad boys? Can't wait to join you guys at Steam![]()

Welcome to the good life my friend! Does look very nice! How long till you get your paws on it?
I went the Alienware route for my gaming laptop as it was the best one I could find at the same size. Would probably buy another one if I would be able to get the same discount.

Be sure that it's probably ventilated so it can keep cool. I had an Asus laptop, the thing was great and ran my games perfectly. It only lasted me about a year and a half at most. The system itself could have kept going but that cooling fan wasn't enough and my system was fried. I hope that doesn't happen but I was happy with my Asus. I was gaming pretty hard on it so I'm pleased it kept up.

Yeah man, I always knew Alienware are top of the line when it comes to gaming (although a bit pricey). January 27 will be here! Some great friends from Canada are bringing it over, since it's like $700 more expensive here. Paid $1800+tax for it, which I think is spot on for the machine. 3G Nvidia 670M, 12G Ram, Quad Core @ 2.7 (I think), 1.5T HDD and 3D display with 3D kit from Nvidia, plus backpack and mouse as a gift for the purchase. GW2 in 3D plus lots of Steam titles for sale on amazing prices? See you next summer PS3

That won't be a problem. It's got two MASSIVE fans in the back.

Hah! But for real man, most overpriced stuff ever. I love my Macbook Pro 15" all right, but I can't understand how here a new Retina Macbook Pro 15" costs $500 more than this Asus, having 1/3 of its power. Wave goodbye Apple! Also, I'm selling the iPad I got but used two times. I'm a disbeliever now.

Congrats, I myself can't stand the look and size of gaming laptops. I bought an ASUS N56V though which looks good and performs well on new games.
I am annoyed that my country's version doesn't have the 650m with the GDDR5 memory and blu-ray drive, I hate regional differences.
My name isn't a misspelled Nazi,god****.
