I will also say go with the Turtle Beach headsets they are quite comfortable to wear, they are wired but the cord is quite long & it can also be doubled up & used for your PC as well.

Currently have the turtle beach xp500's and think they're brilliant.
I had the tritton ax pro's, sony 7.1 stereo headset and the Xp500's at the same time to compare and decide which I prefered and kept the xp500's.

It's bluetooth and also works on a PC. The reception range is great too. I can play music on them and walk all the way across the house into the kitchen and wash dishes and they still work.

I'm going to have to agree with Kat. The PS wireless headset is a great choice. But if you're not feeling it, then go with Earforce Foxtrot. Pretty good headset. Don't wanna go to crazy with expensive headsets like that.
