So I have my PS3 connect wirelessly, Would it be possible to run a rj45 from it to an xbox? If not woul it be possible from a PC connected wirelessly??

Plugging the Xbox into the Ethernet jack on the PS3 is going to do absolutely nothing! Your best bet would be to either just get the wireless adapter for the Xbox or buy a wireless bridge like this:

If you are needing faster speeds, you might also try using an Ethernet over Power adapter like this:
