Yeah all those complaints, like how a Dante that used to have silver curtains and was a ridiculous pantomime of a character now has a "hipster/emo" haircut (apparently those two are the same) and is slightly less of a ridiculous pantomime.

I know some people generally didn't like the gameplay, which is fair enough.

Ok moving on from dmc. I went through no mine island for some stuff. Most of the things on island i could take easily. Im almost lvl 30 and just pass part were you unlock all out and defend. Love it .

God knows...it did drop really quickly but it done amazingly well to get to no.1 as very little shops sold it.

So im lvl 30 and i feel like my familiar are weak as hell, theyre only doing like 20-30 damage per hit...is this normal or do i just suck

My familiar does 45+ each hit and my party's take 15'ish each. I try to use the cauldron as much as I can and gather the necessary materials to make stronger weapons. Furthermore I also attempt to give them better snacks for higher status boosts (With the help of the cauldron of course!).

If you're still having trouble with familiars... look in your wizard's book, and go to the chapter on familiars. It lists all of the monsters by genus. From there you can see what they evolve into, what skills their subsequent forms will learn, where they're capture, and what their affinities and astrological signs are. It's a good way to plan ahead if you don't want to waste your time figuring out what you're after.

It's basically a pokedex pre-loaded with all of the Pokemon.

Also, I'm surprised you don't like Berzerker the Rapist-Monkey. He absolutely tears every sun-sign monster into pieces. This guy side-steps out of EVERYTHING while simultaneously pummeling everything to shit. Add in his Sharpener and Blunt ability and the guy's a beast.

Is there any way to set tactics in a way that they don't change back to some BS at the start of every new battle? Esther ALWAYS sets to "dont do anything" which is absolute ()()( and my allies are always set to "attack different target" which is not what I want right now at ALL for them. This is actually ()()()() up my game I can't stand taking damage and time to change this EVERY battle!

EDIT: Ok just tried to change again and its fixed, geez I must have been missing something.

So whats the best familiars to get? im starting to grind and i dont wanna just waste time..i have Mitey and Draggle right now but i dont have griffey because i dont have the DLC...was just wondering..i've decided to level up for a while before continuing the story to make it a little easier, thanks guys.
