Seems like South Park: The Stick of Truth is saved. Also there's an unannounced IP that comes with the deal. What do you think about Ubisoft buying THQ Montreal?

Ubisoft acquires THQ Montreal, South Park: The Stick of Truth, unannounced IP
For all those worrying about the future of South Park: The Stick of Truth, rejoice, it has a new home with Ubisoft.
Ubisoft today announced it acquired THQ Montreal and publishing rights to the upcoming South Park: The Stick of Truth game, currently in development externally by Obsidian. As part of the Deal, Ubisoft also acquired a new, yet-to-be announced IP in development at the studio. THQ Montreal will join Ubisoft's development teams, which are already the second-largest in-house development staff in the world with 26 studios in 19 countries and more than 6,250 employees.
“This deal adds experienced developers to our internal creative teams at a key moment in the cycle of the video game industry,” said Yannis Mallat, president of Ubisoft Montreal.
South Park: The Stick of Truth, which comes from the studio behind Fallout: New Vegas, is still schedule to release later this year.
According to today's press statement, the acquisition has no material impact on Ubisoft's current fiscal year.
This announcement begins to round out some of the details for what will become of THQ's franchises, and the company itself. Yesterday we reported that court filings indicated Volition, the studio behind Saints Row titles and the Red Faction series, Vigil Games, best known for Darksiders, and THQ Digital Studios Phoenix, responsible for MX vs. ATV, were listed as debtors in a footnote to a licensing complaint. Meanwhile, South Park Digital Studios took its own legal actions to protect the rights to The Stick of Truth.
More information is sure to come forward on the future of THQ and its franchises, and we'll be sure to update you as we get more information. We'll also keep an eye out for that new yet-to-be announced IP in development from THQ Montreal. For now, how do you think Ubisoft will handle working with Obsidian to finish up and release South Park: The Stick of Truth?

Seems like this is positive for the future of the game. High hopes for SP! Really curious about that unannounced IP. I'm hoping it's an RPG.
