Well, for me, I would buy it from a place who can offer an extended warranty for atlease 4 years and up. Because with my PS3 I was so rushed and one of my sister friends who worked at walmart at the time and got me a PS3 the 60GB model. 3 or 4 years later boooooo it got yellow light of death while I was playing Ghostbusters The Video. I said this time I will wait even though my cousin owns a video game and he for sure will get around 20 or 30 PS4S now, but its kind risky to say the truth as for sure 1 million percent. The PS4 will have a problem created by Sony to let us return the console for a repair as the PS3. What would you do? Control your self or can't?![]()

Yes. Im a sucker for new consoles.
I never read one rumor or article about the NGP (vita), never planned on getting one.
While cruising the internet I saw it came out the day before, looked up a couple things and raced to the store to get one. Glad I did.
so hell yes.

I'll buy it regardless of cost. I just couldn't imagine not having it and hearing all about it.

I think I'll wait a bit first. It will depend on the games out. If there are a ton of RPGs/Strategy games then yes. If not, I can wait a year.

Dont know until we get solid facts instead of just rumors. Also depends on the launch games.

If I will really get impressed by its release and what It will have to offer, I might get it day one.

Whenever I buy a new electronic, even a TV..I love the packaging, the smell...taking it out of the box, going through all the menu items, setting up my preferences, running any cables needed and having them laid out perfectly. Not sure why, but it's some sort of fetish of mine.

Usually when I get a new piece of electronics I usually do pre-prep work on where it is going, so when I get the PS4 and Xbox I will re-organize my entertainment center and get it all ready for the new incoming item(s). I drive my wife crazy with it and I even super pre-plan stuff, I already have plans on a 84-90" 4K TV (preferably OLED) once the prices drop under $5k, which even though I know is still 2-3 years away I already know exactly where I need to re-adjust my wall mount, I know I am going to move the Living Room TV to the bedroom, the bedroom TV to my upstairs loft and the current loft TV to my guest room! When I got my current 55" Samsung LCD-LED TV in the living room a couple years ago I started already planning what would replace it and she wasn't too happy about that either! I also get the same way when unpacking something like a game system too, when I got the PS3 and I to put it down and stare of the box for a few minutes before digging into it! And when the PS4 and next Xbox come out, I will take those days off from work just to get them and play them on the first day!

I'm planning on it. Depends on what MS is offering compared to Sony is offering with their consoles

It honestly depends on what Sony is offering this generation. If they take the Nintendo route and skimp on the hardware upgrade, then I'll say fuck off. If they vastly improve the hardware then it'll be day 1. For those that say better graphics don't make a better game, I suggest you stick to your atari.

Ops most of you will buy the PS4 day one. I wish the system won't have any problems but I know for sure it will. For me, ehh Iam on edge half half.
