Where is ratchet and clank full frontal assault for VITA?

It says when you purchase ratchet and clank full frontal assault the PS3 version and you will get a free VITA version as well. I have checked my download list and there is nothing. Any news on when its coming?

I have purchased the digital version from the PSN when it came out. And it says in the description that I will get the VITA version during this month and tomorrow is February first and nothing.

Insomniac responded to fan question over the issue on its official Facebook page. The post in question has since been removed, but Polygon managed to nab it before it was nuked.It reads:
Hey everyone,
We know you’ve been asking about and waiting for Full Frontal Assault for Vita.
Insomniac cannot make any comment about the game. We have repeatedly asked Sony and Tin Giant for an update to share with our fans. They have not provided any update we are allowed to share.
We are sorry for any disappointment, but there is nothing we’ve authorized to release publicly. Trust us in that we share your frustration, and have been passing your comments on to Sony, we also advise you contact Sony directly to share your disappointment and frustration.
As soon as they give us an update we can share with you, we will.

Insomniac is continuing its support for QForce on PS3 in the meantime, and while it’s supposed to be a cross-buy title with Vita, it seems gamers will have to wait for the privilege of playing it on their shiny OLED screen.
