No, the ps1 classics do not have trophies. There is nothing changed with the ps1 classics from their disk format. It's a straight emulation of the game.

Like it was mentioned, those PS1/2 games on the PSN store don't have trophies. Sucks considering I'd buy up 50 games in a heartbeat just for the trophies.
