The event on the 20th we will see some fun things. The one thing that has surprised me most is the size of the machine

I haven't seen PS4 people. -_-

This is the last major leak from me, and honestly, it's all I know:

Yeah, I drew that out on SketchUp and there is no way it is going to be that size (at least I hope not)! That thing would be super thick if they made it those dimensions! Unless the width is including some kind of vertical stand...

Thuway has since stated the source that told him the dimensions and the idea of a power brick was bullshitting.

The dimensions seemed off to me. I'd expect it to be much thinner

Noooo! Power bricks are ugly and create more clutter! Look how small the PS3 power supply is:



It can easily be crammed inside a system with very little loss of real estate! And this is the beefer power supply from the launch 60GB model, so the newer models it is even smaller!

but we don't know what the Final Spec of the PS4 & how much power it's gonna need & like I said I would rather have the heat outside the console to help reduce potential overheating Failures IMO

That is why I referenced the launch PS3 power supply, it was rated at 380W which *should* be more than enough for the next gen consoles considering the tech inside them will be based on smaller manufacturing processes which use less power than the old technology.
