Whats up with mens fashion these days. Especially t-shirts......
Pretty much the only choice there is at the moment and has been for some time is either a design inside a rectangle (obviously someone made the design as a poster and thought we could bung this on a tshirt) or geomtry (mainly stuff inside triangles).
Other than the above options you can have pictures of half naked woman draped over you or many faces of Rhianna.....for some reason....
I really struggle to find anything I like anymore in shops anyway.
Anyone else notice this, it seems to be an unspoken thing?
I also dislike chinos..... they seem to be everywhere. Don't get me wrong im not fashion orientated or fuss massively about how I want to look but there seems to be something wrong when in all of the shops in a shopping centre fail to inspire me to buy a single t-shirt.
Here are some links for example of designs I mean (if it's allowed)

The first two are rubbish, but I love the 3rd. Jack&Jones is one of my favorite shops to buy my clothes from.
I agree about the whole Chino thing though, I still will chose jeans over chinos anyday..my legs are too big and they are too skinny fitting.
One shop that I have condemned to hell now is Topman, absolutely everything in that shop is shit now. they used to be good but got progressively worse. Its not that I am just not into current fashion either because I can easily buy my clothes from any other shop.Trophy-licious!

Eh, I just wear some skating apparel with Levi's 550, cargo pants or cargo shorts. For work, I wear dress slacks with a sweater or button down dress shirt, sans tie.
Fashionable, right hur.

Same. Kind of. Depends on if you put the typical button up designs in the same category as the OPs shirts. Also the occasional university related shirt, but mainly polos.
I think the designs up top are better than some of the past ones though. Like the two-tone button up shirts that Garth Brooks had on that one album?

it's to do with all the hipsters now with their indie haircuts, triangles, chinos, vans and self obsession, they are all over twitter!
I don't usually go for this stuff as I don't think it suits me haha, although I do have two pairs of chinos but I rarely wear them, usually just go for straight cut jeans.
I always go on eBay and check out their daily/weekly deals, I've gotten some decent stuff on there really cheap!

my wardrobe consists of two jeans, a handful of t-shirts (plain), a couple of long-sleeve shirts (again, plain), and a tux. i don't know how anybody gets by with more? im covered for just about anything

the fit is of more importance than livery o.O

Seems like nowadays young people fall into either one of these two categories:

@OP, You're looking at River Island, what do you expect? Only thing I ever buy from them is jeans and that is rare. I'm not a fan of the current trend at the moment of the shirts you linked. I like my shirts to have cool graphics
I am a bit of a snob when it comes to clothing, i like to wear my favourite brands. They aren't mainstream brands as such but more brands directed at the lifestyle i follow. Brands such as The Hundreds, Ichiban, LRG, Supra, 10-Deep, Mishka and zoo york are typically what my wardrobe is made up fromLast edited by BoyBettaKnow; 02-01-2013 at 15:20.

I'm 75% of the time dressed up that's just my style the other 25% I'm in basketball shorts with my PSU t shirt or other t-shirts I have.

Also, you should consider that the people who are dressing like that are probably just in your region, where you live, your city and whatnot..that does not translate to the rest of north america or the world for that sake. I haven't seen anyone at college dress like that anyway.
