Perhaps PS4 versions of Watch Dogs, GTAV, Star Wars 1313. Kind of like they usually do the first year of a new console.
Release PS3 and PS4 versions of these, with obvious improvements on the PS4 version.
It wont have any new AAA titles like Uncharted 4 or MGS5 at launch. Sony never really has an amazing launch lineup.

(granted not all were day one, but still, they were new)
at launch i want games that make Uncharted look and play like a relic in retrospect!

Judging by the rumors, these are probably the most realistic AAA launch titles:
Uncharted 4
Guerrilla Games - New IP
Motorstorm 4
And maybe some upgraded 3rd-Party blockbusters like:
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4
Or perhaps a ported Sony MMO like:
