Sounds realistic, PSV was announced January 2011 and released later that year in Japan, they just need to do it WW this time. No doubt everything will be region free again anyway if people want to import.

Not to mention they had to deal with screen shortages and a tsunami with the PSV. With the PS3 I believe the cell processor and/or bluray resulted in delays(if I recall correctly).

November is no good for me... X-Mas with 9 kids and 3 of them have b-days around x-mas time as well = one guy that needs to save up a shit load a month or 2 ahead of the event
