    I hope higher difficulties make it so that enemies are more responsive to the light. Does anyone remember in I Am Legend (the film) where Will Smith's character keeps covering the light over his rifle, then unsheathing it for brief moments at a time? I think this game could benefit from the same.

    Not responding to the light when it's at their backs is fine, but there were two instances where the light was right in their face and they did absolutely nothing. That was disappointing.

    Other than that the game looks great. The moaning should be toned down. It went from atmospheric to cheesy; it started to sound like a loop before they got into the actual fire-fight.

    The graphics look great as per usual, the animations are fantastic. Hopefully the guns get some more oomph to them. The shotgun sounded disappointing.

    This is the only other game this year next to Ground Zeroes and Ni No Kuni I plan on buying. Looks good, but the video showcased some potential flaws, too, and I hope ND addresses them before the release.

    Man that was intense! somehow reminded of that part where they reach the bad guys lair in I Am Legend.

    the infected are blind! they only react to sound (the gamespot video breakdown mentions this) thats why Joel strikes and sprints to the opposite side

    Woops! I was just coming back here to edit my post in regards to that. Sorry! I didn't know they were blind. I also just read up on the runner/clicker variants of the infection, so it makes more sense to me now.

    Like how gamers will play..

    I prefer it like it, it makes the game feel more.... real and how i think many will play it. It shows more exploring which is obviously the key to success in game. Not every part is gonna be cinematic.

    Watching it again, what was with that lock-on right before he bludgeoned that infected with the brick? In the video against the human enemies, we never saw anything like that, even though Noel/Joel performed similar actions against them. Does anyone know why it was included here and not in the other video? Is there something in the game that triggers it?

    I only ask because it stood out as being really distracting from the game, and was an immersion-breaker for me. It's not as bad as the glowing ladders/couches/whatever that he and Ellie/what's-her-name target and move, but I thought it looked out of place.

    I'm hoping it's just something you can turn off in the options. Similarly, hope the glowing objectives/items are as well.
