Yep, thats why I'm against people who boycott a game to get their own way
For instance MGR is getting exclusive DLC on PS3 and I hear people say they gonna cancel their pre-order?
That'll only send one message to a company, and doesn't involve those people getting something, the complete opposit actually lol
This goes for all games, but on the subject of MGR it is the first new MG game on 360, poor sales wont send the right message
Or people that don't want to pay full price for something and are shocked by poor sales or lack of support (ie Vita)
I bet theres loads of people on this very forum that wants a Vita but don't wanna pay the price
I always hear (I thinking of buying one but it depends on the support) support depends on if you buy you dumb fuck lol

I wouldn't hold my breath. If people dont buy the game then dont expect any DLC. Same thing happened to MS Apocolypse for example which really disappointed me being the big MS fan that I am. No developer is going to bother making DLC for a game that hardly anybody bought. Now the article I posted said the Sony Santa Monica Gravity Rush and Starhawk character DLC is still on track but the rest got cancelled according to that twitter. Time will tell I guess but I wouldn't get my expectations up.

I didn't boycott it I was just gonna wait for an Ultimate/Complete Edition, I hate games that get day one DLC or DLC announced before the game, it's just stupid IMO. It's different if it's something like Elder Scrolls or a MMO because those are expansion packs developed AFTER the game and actually add some worthwhile content with about 20+ hours worth of additional entertainment, even though it's not announced before the game or anything you know it's coming, but you also know it's gonna be a proper expansion pack, not a map pack or character skin for $10 or some bullshit like that.

I read the other day Santa Monica was exploring future DLC possibilities. I guess time will tell.

Really unfortunate. The game is fun, nothing extraordinary. I was hoping to see quite a few more characters.
