You know what I want to see as one of the launch titles? "Ape Escape" I eould love to see its been to long since we seem an Ape Escape game.

I've said it before but Watch Dogs is current-gen. PS3 games will still be released when the PS4 comes out.

We were looking at the PC version, hence the next-gen look.

Yeah someone at Gaf said it was confirmed for nextgen launch window and it was a multigen title, plus its Ubisoft so it's almost guaranteed a PS4 version will be available too
Hopefully the graphics have improved a lot since we saw it last, yeah I know some think its like" best graphics ever" but it still looks like AC mixed with that Remember Me game in Chicago lol

Nice list man. Some of those could easily happen like RB6: Patriots and KZ4 due to the new rumors. I'm really looking forward to launch day!

I somehow think a GT6 isn't as far away as people assume

This gen was a bit of a clusterfuck for Polyphony (and a lot of other JP devs actually). But gens before suggest two GTs a console

If there is an ounce of vision at SCE, they would have focused the past 2 years on trying to get an early GT out for PS4

PD needs to redeem themselves after this gen. They were much of a no thought this gen. They delayed for so long and pissed a lot of people of in the process. I was satisfied with 5 but many weren't. This isn't usual for a gt game. Bring on GT 6!

Hard to say in these days of the iOS and android devices. Not to mention the economy and rising dev costs. Publishers have been waiting for new consoles for a while now though, and Sony did acquire quite a few developers last gen.

Then there's the notion that sony didn't have enough/good titles with thirteen games at the ps3 launch. I'm guessing they'll at least try for three halfs that amount.

Think around 13-15 atleast for the US and most likely 10-12 for EU. Ive noticed shops in my country usually only have the 5-6 games most anticipated for launch and some other shops will have 2-3 extra on top of these or switched them out with others instead of having them all

US will get the obligatory EA franchises with Madden/FIFA/NHL/PGA and maybe Nascar if those games are still madel. while EU will have most likely start out with FIFA. Since the console most likely will be out around Nov/Dec PES 14 might be launch title aswell due to FIFA. Also 2K will release 1-2 of their sport franchises against EA

There will be 1-2 games atleast at shovelware level most likely based on a current Pixar/Disney/Nickelodeon thing

1-2 games based on a blockbuster movie

1-2 games that get a simultaneous release or was released earlier on ps3/x360

There will be atleast 2 Racing sort of games

1 Beat em up/Fighter game (Tekken)

1 Overhyped new IP that dont do well (Ie. Lair)

1 FPS game that will attract alot of attention due to visuals but be mediocre as end product and most likely bomb at reviews

1 new IP that do well

2 Games that are the 3rd game or above in a known Sony franchise (LBP3, Killzone4, Ratchet, Tekken etc. )

I'm thinking 9 or less. Just what my gut tells me.

I wouldn't mind if they were all quality titles, with most of them being exclusives. I'm sure there will be a few cross-gen games though. I wouldn't count those as apart of the lineup.
