How in the world do you pay for your medical procedures, dental, eye, internal, genitial, etc?
Do you have health insurance? Full or partial? Do you pay outright cash? How do you pay?
Me? I pay outright cash and I have partial insurance coverage. I'm classified as disabled so I get some medical coverage.

I have full coverage thru my mother. Only thing that isn't covered is dental. I'm not sure what I'll do once I'm on my own. That's money I don't have right now so I'm not going to think about it.

All I have to do is pay co-pay. My health insurance covers the rest.

31 is far from old! lol! And some things you just can't prevent from happening...car accidents...cancer...random gorilla attacks...
also, genetics is a mean bitch...just ask my grandmother...who will completely forget who you are within 5 minutes...(or think my nephew is the King of England), some stuff is just out of our control...Last edited by MonkeyClaw; 02-07-2013 at 14:24.

Employer covers my health insurance, but I only use it in an emergency. If I'm visiting the doctor for a checkup or dental procedure then I try to pay my costs up front.

I pay out of pocket for myself. I am self employed and I do not have health insurance on myself. I also do not go to a doctor unless I think I am going to die.

I have insurance, but I've had Lyme the past 7 months and Lyme doctors aren't covered under insurance. So each monthly visit costs a pretty penny. Luckily the antibiotics are covered.
And now I might have to get sound therapy for sensitive hearing, and that isn't covered either. Will cost thousands.
