even though I've never played a bungie game, I'm PUMPED for destiny. From what we've seen it sounds so awesome.

If you go back and read the Activision Bungie Microsoft agreement posted a year ago its a one year timed exclusive but MS has first right of refusal to release it on other platforms....i could be wrong tho.

I think you may be right about the one year timed exclusives part. MS still has a minority stake in them.

If 720 really is way weaker than the PS4 then the timed exclusitivity will be a good thing for PS4 owners because they will propably get it with better graphics instead of getting a straight port from the lowest common denominator plus all the DLC up to that time will propably be free like ME2.

Personally i think Bungie got lucky with their game, Halo 1 was incredible but they could never recreate a game as good. Although 2 was still far better than any of Sony's Halo killer titles and they are still making that franchise so it just shows that sci fi geeks will lap up anything no matter how good or bad.

No...both of them do well hence MS & Sony still milk them to death. Neither of them are stellar titles though Halo hasnt been since Halo 1 mibee 2 and KZ has never been....yet the sales are huge hence sci fans will buy anything. Even if this new Bungie title is crap or as average as Halo 3 or 4 it will still sell like hotcakes purely because of it being bungie and their following.

It took 343 took create a game better than Halo 1. Halo 4 is epic.
