Less so for the design than the features. I don't want a glowing Move sensor in my controller. I don't want a Wii style loudspeaker in my controller. The touch pad thing could be cool, not bothered about that.

Pretty sure you'll still be able to use your ds3. But if the game has any inputs requiring the new features in the controller then you are out of luck
