So play it on a harder setting. Nobody is trying to take your choices away. Have different difficulties so every type of player can enjoy it. Then everyone can play how they want.

Well that's unfortunate. I guess a 1 month delay isn't too bad though. Unless you're a diehard for this game who is counting the minute until its release.. Those people are going to be pissed.

Yeah, that's what I meant by my other post. The difficulty would still be there(normal;hardcore) but just not in easy mode. ND commented that the demo was an easier version compared to the final game. The final game won't have all the ammo/item drops found in the demo.

The easier difficulty could bring in more sales instead of pushing people away due to its difficulty.

I agree. Because of this I'm going to have to rent this game first before buying.

I was in the middle of a class when I read this and my jaws dropped and the TA noticed.... the reason I am disappointed with this release date is because the Spring semester finishes early May, right around the time Last of Us was gonna release so I was gonna enjoy my summer since then! However, now that it is moved to June, i'll be starting intense summer courses and therefore taking away my time to dedicate to this beautiful upcoming game!

Oh well, I hope they change their minds and release it earlier.... like Resident Evil 6!

I completely agree with this. I have no problem with "teh h4rdc0r3" gamers making games as hard as possible for themselves or for the ability to be there - and on an off-topic but related note; when gamers judge those that cheat offline/in singleplayer. It's THEIR money and as long as it's not done ONLINE, then no one should care. There has to be an accessibility (read: not necessarily easy but not punishing either) for those that don't want to either (and for "teh h4rdc0r3" not to judge us because of it).

Which is why I refuse to buy games like Dark/Demon Souls.

Damn and i preordered GoWA mostly to get a $20 credit towards Last of Us.
I kind of hope it isnt.. but thats more cause I want it so badly, but I dont want to buy any PS3 games that will be PS4 games. xD

Yeah I think they have something else up their sleeve for their first PS4 game. Don't think they want to release their first game as a re-release of a PS3 game.
