Sticks in the right place? Check
Definitely an evolution on the DS design. Looks comfy
Vita dpad? Check
Man I was hoping it would all remain under wraps until 20th but I guess that's a pretty hard thing to do D:
Looks great tho.
Edit: Btw looks like a mic under the touch pad? fucking awesome. The Vita mic works wonderfully well when playing online

Hmm looks great without ruining the classic look and feel. The increased size is a definite bonus. What are those holes in the front? A microphone perhaps? Speaker?

So i was right in that it would look the same as the old one... But it now has a SCREEN on the controller
It looks nice, but i just wonder how they will use the full feature of the SCREEN

That thing should not be called a ps controller. It's disgraceful.

That looks very much like a prototype. Look how thick that looks. Doubt that's the final version.

Looks kinda bulky tbh. Ah at least it still retains sime of the things.

Like the concept but it looks a bit chunky. I'm sure it will lose some weight before the release though. Not bad looking though. I like the way they didn't lose the original design too much. As I assumed it would be a bit wider but doesn't look too bad.
I wonder if that is a speaker in the front or possibly a mic. Not real sure. Don't know why you would need a speaker in a controller.

It probably is just a prototype because on second glance it may be a tad to big. Could use some refining.
I'm glad they didn't go the offset analog route though. A big relief!

Yeah what Tutu said, remember that it's obviously a devkit/proto so it can change aesthetically, but functionality wise that's probably what we're getting.
The gap between the sticks looks rather big compared to the current DS3 - I think people will like that. Not sure about the style of the sticks though. Light bar/track thingy on the top? Looks like two future button placements or something either side of the touch pad too

Don't think there's any chance they'll ship a controller with joysticks that looks like inverted bellybuttons either.

I like it for the most part. I'm glad it kept the overall DS look. I would not be surprise though if this is just an early design/Dev controller though and the real controller will be tweaked a little bit. Still though, since it is pretty much what has been reported so far, I think the controller will basically look like this, if not exactly like this.

well looking at it again, i feel this might be a fake and it is someone's concept on what they hope it will look like

Whats up with the right side of the controller, near the action buttons? Looks...like shit.
This controller looks home made.

Prototypes LITERALLY is just all the functions and features fitted into a not well designed controller, once done they will really start to redesign the controller, i am sure it will not be this clunky. Just a typical design to fit in the early version of the features and such ( touch pad, move function etc)
While it does not look too good and a bit too clunky, i am sure it is already redesigned for retail.
Either, nice to see better gri for the analogs sticks, still symmetrical, adopted the best DPAD ever ( ps vita dpad) and looks like it will fit in the hand well.

No complaints here. Doesn't really look all that different from past Playstation controllers.

I approve of the sticks, the light up top is the playstation move integration. No more Rubber ripping

Why are the D-pad buttons not separated?

Are those two indents on either side of the screen the Start/Select buttons?, if so that sucks. Why is there a slant on the face button side of the controller but not the D-pad side?
Otherwise it's ok, Still wonder whether it's just a prototype though...
