I'm interested to see what Sony will actually do with Gaikai.

I'll be keeping my PS3 so I don't really care about streaming. Either way it won't affect me.

I feel the same way, Streaming games doesn't really appeal to me. If I want to play older games, I will plug in my older consoles and play them, even if they aren't in High Definition. There is a bright side to this service though. Thinking about it, newer gamers will be able to get their hands on some really cool old school games and play them which is always a plus in my book.

I would be skeptical to buy any system if it's online always. I hope they don't do that stupid shit. I hate it on every PC game there is and don't want to see that migrate to consoles.

I think Gaikai is what is going to be used to stream Sony 4K content. Sony promised at this last CES that if you bought their 4K OLED TV that they would provide a wealth of 4K content to make your purchase content worthy. I can't see them using Gaikai streaming for games. Internet fidelity is not there yet.

Here's why i think this is not going to work.

1. Not everyone has internet fast enough to stream such games.
2. You won't actually own anything which is even worse than Digitally downloaded games.
3. PS+ and the games you already own.
4. The bandwidth needed to do such thing is very costly.
5. Gaikai will be used to stream 4k content as that would be easier and more manageable.

yep..all's I did was follow and pay attention to what they do on the business side of thing's. purchases etc. and then put 2 and 2 2gether.
