There's probably requirements such as needing to spend a certain amount or being registered before a certain date etc.

There was another wave of people getting $10, but I doubt that have some intricate system of who gets it or doesn't. I imagine luck played the biggest factor in it. Either way, sucks I never got it, but no biggie.

Are we sure it has nothing to do with the PSStore promo going on where you get $10 back after spending $50?

If not, Im supremely disappointed being that I've had the PS3 since launch, been a PS+ member since it's inception and have spent a S***ton of money in the PSStore aswell. If it hasn't anything to do with the PSStore promo, then It sure appears to be just random circumstances on whether or not you receive the voucher.
