I'm just tired of games that are loaded with unnecessary criminal (i.e. drugs) and sexual activities. Sure messing around and destruction is fun, but GTA stories have never been anything worth writing home about.

THIS game actually has some depth and connection to reality worth a damn. All the gameplay felt completely seamless with which was just awesome. The main character remains badass without being evil necessarily. Although maybe the player the can go that route too? i.e. inFamous.

The problem for me is I'm incredibly intrigued by this game but have zero faith in Ubisoft to actually deliver.

Ubi Montreal always makes ace games - Far Cry 3, Assassin's Creed, Prince of Persia, Splinter Cell.

Kind of looked like a mish-mash of a number of Ubisoft games. Still, it looks good!

something still eludes me with this game : I heard that gamers could "hack" other gamers, that is take control of what they're doing ; what I fear is another gamer may just "steal" missions from others after they've worked for hours to get the reward and someone comes and does just the end of the mission and gets all

My faith in the company does not correlate directly to the quality of the game, no, but Ubisoft does since they're making the thing. And the combination of me being burned by them in the past, plus their current infatuation with nickel and diming their customers, leaves me very skeptical that this game will be that good. But I am liking what they have shown so far, so I hope they prove me wrong.

I thought this was for PS3? are they trying to confuse us with this game first trailer E3 2012 announced for all Platforms now its announced for PS4?? whats going on!! i hope Rockstar doesnt do the same move with GTA5!!

TBH I hope it does come out for both iterations of consoles even though it would do the PS4 justice.

I agree with you about Uplay it is really not necessary and it has flopped on the PC because sales have reflected that, but Ubisoft make quality games Splinter Cell to name a few.

This game is my most anticipated game for the PS4 with Killzone second.

Can't wait for the first year of the new consoles to pass so we can stop with these awkward titles that will also be on the current gen. Then we can move on to more focused releases. The thing is I can see the PS3 and 360 getting releases for a long time still. Mainly because they will probably get easy ports from the WiiU. Just like the PS2 got Wii ports.

How does a game like GTA have unnecessary criminal activities? That's like saying Watch Dogs has an unnecessary social commentary on technology.

Aiden is out and about to avenge the death of his family. It's probably the most overused set-up to a plot in movies and video games.

I'm not saying Watch Dogs will be a bad game. It'll probably be fun to play but there's more to an open world game than a unique game mechanic. Is the story good, characters interesting, city fun to explore? etc.

The dev said it was on a PC that is modeled after the PS4. Essentially a dev kit Im sure.

The game itself looks really cool, but the graphics didn't seem very impressive. It looks like a top-notch current gen game, but as a cross-gen game, that's expected.

For an open world game it looks INSANE! We can compare it with GTAV once that rolls around.

I remember the first time told me you could do this in 3 I thought they were full of it. Then I tried it my mind was blown. The mature rating was tested big there.
