Are the images to scale monkey? They really aren't that much different in size in those shots.

I think the scale is referenced in the OP. It looks close to the same size but the shape is noticeably different.

Not seeing the 360 pad comparisons here. Yes it's a bit chunkier around the thighs than the DS3 but the 360 pad is just fat and you've no option but to hold it with your full palm.

I can't get over how nice that controller looks though. Was thinking to myself before they revealed the PS4, how can they possibly change the controller and make it at least look better and sure enough they pulled it off.

Yeah that's the poiint I was making; it's a lot chunkier than the DS3 grips. HOpefully they've found a middle-ground between having to completely grab the thing like you do a 360 controller and allowing it to rest in your hands like you do with the DS3

Hopefully it'll feel more solid. Although I love the ds3, it felt like I can snap it in half. Maybe that little added weight will do the job.

And the photos of the ds4...so sexy. I'm liking it.

I was severely hoping that the middle was going to have some type of OLED touchscreen display so it would bring up a virtual keyboard for when we need to type stuff, but it didn't happen Maybe they will make a Dualshock 4+

I was hoping for exactly the same thing. on controller keyboard and on controller in game "xmb" or whatever the new ui will be. read and reply to messages right on the controller etc...

I think they mentioned doing something like that with the vita/phones n tablets. Hopefully they don't restrict it to only Sony phones and tablets..... I still wouldve liked it on controller tho so I dont have to switch back n forth.

I agree with the concept of the touchscreen being a keyboard, but, for me, I would think it would be a real pain in the ass to try to type on it.
