Agreed. This does look pretty and well integrated into phones (couldn't care less about that), but is it easy to navigate? Thats all that matters

I like the new look of it but I still like the XMB. The new look is more trendy looking and looks simplistic to navigate. Should be easier for new comers.

I was never a big fan of tile-based interfaces that seemed popularized by Windows Phone. I get that they are probably more user-friendly, but they just look so uninspired and obnoxious with how much space every block occupies.

It's no big deal, though. Even if it does look nice but rather unimpressive, I just want it to be user-friendly. And it will probably be just that.

YouTube has been very supportive of PS3 as a platform, so even if YouTube uploading isn't ready for launch, I'd be shocked if it didn't come around sooner or later.

This is leaps and bounds better than the PS3 XMB...I hated the XMB for the PS3 and PSX and PSP. So glad they're going to the PS Store/Vita Grid approach.

Seems quite Windows 8 inspired, and a little from the Sony Phones (Android)..
I really do hate that bright shade of blue, hurts my eyes. All in all though, looks ok, a little rough, think it needs a bit of work before it becomes futureproof stylish.

Nice. hopefully navigation is as good as it's looks. I also hope we get to throw on our own backgrounds and have a bit of custimization with it

I keep reverting back to Win7. Less chance of kitten punching. Let's hope the PS4 interface inspires fun and not rage.

Yeah I hope it's simplistic yet has advanced features to it. Customizing you Layout would be awesome. Not to mention if they had different themes that set it up to look different.

I would think it would be silly not to have that ability? Vita has the same account and I believe live accounts from original Xbox transferred over to 360. I don't think it would be wise for them to do otherwise.

I really don't like the look of this. It reminds me of the 360/metro interface and tablets and I don't own anything with interfaces like that because I hate the colorful add riddled mess on screen. I like clean cut non cluttered ui's. Things that are straight to the point organized and not popping out everywhere. This looks cluttered and way to flashy. They need to simplify it and make it cleaner and more efficient instead of all that fluff on screen.

The UI is a deal breaker and if they stick with this I'll just say screw it and buy a gaming pc.

You've essentially said the same thing multiple times now. I get this crazy feeling you don't like the UI and it's a deal breaker. Just a hunch though... dunno where I got those ideas from.
