I beat the game, got all the collectables done almost everything and got almost every single player achievement. Apart from a couple. This game is amazing.
I'm not going to bother with the MP though. A game like this should never need MP.Steam ID: satchgear

on that note, it looks like I'm gonna have to start over again as I still need the machine gun and shotgun trophies and I haven't seen anyone in the game for ages now, I thought they was randomly regenerated but the island is dead
I see ain't seen anyone in this game in a long time :-/

Nope, been going round killing deers to get XP, but I need those 75 kills with a machinegun trophy and 40 with a shotgun
Plus the Get over here! Trophy

Finally opened my Survival Edition (the action figure is awesomely-detailed...she can notch an arrow in her bow) and started the game. Really liking it here in the beginning. The Uncharted influences are obvious, but the classic Tomb Raider feel is solidly front-&-center. I love hearing snippets of the original game's music here and there. Gameplay is smooth, graphics are gorgeous (except for some awkward animations every once in a while), and the music gives the game a wonderfully-epic feel. I'm not too far along
but I'm having fun playing, which is generally a favorable sign in my games.
Shut up and play games

I beat the game yesterday, and I liked it a lot. My only complaints (Nit-picks, but they can't be helped since I expected the world for this game) are things in the story/characters.
I talk to myself because I'm the only one whose answers I accept.

I was worried about this, because I still needed to upgrade my shotgun for the trophy; but... I did find enemies on the Shipwreck Beach at the Survivor Camp (Where Lara gets on the boat for the final mission).
There should be two enemies that constantly respawn on the shore and if you continue towards the Endurance you should find others or seagulls you can kill too.
If you really want to grind you can always kill animals for salvage (Chickens/Roosters at the Mountain Village).

Lara Croft is like the only interesting character. The Endurance is there to just die or need rescuing. To compare, Nate has Elena and Sully. Lara has no one. I know its about her, but its just her. I didn't care for The Endurance crew. It did make her feel more capable having to carry everyone on her back, but it made them all forgettable.
But I did like the flashbacks on The Endurance, before the ship went down. I thought they could have used another one or two of those.
And, spoiler:
I'll leave it at that for now and like I said, nitpicks. I think this is the best Tomb Raider game (Or Anniversary if you want). I just want games to step up the writing, because the combat, pacing, and controls were all top-notch.
And tougher puzzles too, please.Last edited by LastManDancing; 03-13-2013 at 19:53.

They was dotted around the island, shanty town, the beach and mountain village
But you may have went back and kill them before the end of the game, I didn't
I remember 3 was welding the plane that crashed in the village but they was the last guys I saw, been playing the multiplayer so I haven't checked back yet since

Dual Tomb Raider-ing.

Left - PS3 on a 32" Samsung LCD
Right - PC running a 1GB AMD 6670 on a 22" ViewSonic LCD
My GPU is only a midrange card and it looks well better. Runs a lot smoother as well. I'm sticking to playing it on my PS3 though. The game is awesome.
