_phil_ from BY3D has posted that most of the devkits used to make the PlayStation Meeting demos like KillZone Shadow Fall & others only had 1.5GB of ram usable for Graphics.
If true 2nd Gen PS4 games are going to be miles ahead of anything that we have seen so far.

I REALLY hope that the gpu/cpu is not as powerful in the devkits compared to the finale version :P.
Ram is good and all, but the CPU/GPU will be the main and most important part in terms of graphics and ingame quality.
