Are you going to keep on investing money on this generation?

There are so many great games coming out this year for the PS3. Kingdom Hearts 1.5, Bioshock, Tomb Raider, The Last Of Us, FFXIII-3, FF Versus, FFX, God Of War, GTAV, ect...

With the PS4 coming out in less than 10 months are you going to keep on supporting the PS3?

There are still too many good games coming out plus the recent and old(er) games that I personally haven't played, to say bye-bye to this gen.

Definitely will keep investing in this gen. There are too many great games coming out. Not purchasing any because ps4 Is releasing soon seems a little foolish. Ps3 still has a lot of life left in it.

I for one wont be putting any more money into my ps3 as the hard drive is on its way out.i have to restore the file system every 3/4 weeks for the last year so it makes more sense for me to start saving for the ps4 now.i just hope the ps4 doesnt suffer the same hdd probs as the ps3 cos that would just suck ass .if not for the hdd probs im having I would prob be still getting games this year tho

Between now and the time PS4 comes out, I plan on catching up on some of the games a missed during this generation.

Definitely plan on getting GOW, TLOU, and a few others..

I'll still be buying some PS3 games this year. The Last of Us will not be skipped. Just like my switch from ps2/3, I won't completely abandon the older tech right away.

Sony is releasing so many games alone this year, about 10,on top of 3rd party offerings. Hell yeah I'm still supporting PS3. I'll be on my PS3 till DUST 514 is on PS4 (that's not to say I won't have both

Tomb raider, God of War, the last of us, then gta5 and that's it for me this generation. When I'm done playing those games that's when I'll pick the next playstation

There are plenty of awesome games that are coming out that I plan on playing. There are also plenty of awesome games that have been out for a while now and I haven't had a chance to play those. I will still be picking up games for my PS3 when I have my PS4.

I don't buy that many games anyway. 3 a year on average or thereabouts. I don't think I bought any new PS3 games in 2012, it was a bad year IMO. Got a few pre-owned.

So I'll probably keep that up this year, which looks better than last. Buy 3 or 4 then get the PS4 in 2014.

Oh yeah, i'm not done with this gen yet. The PS3 is still pumping out amazing games left and right. Especially this year.

This might be the best year of gaming yet and we're in the final year of this gen.

I don't buy many games to begin with. Lately I've taken to buying them pre-owned, since fewer and fewer titles have felt worth the full price of admission. Dead Space 3, Dark Arisen, Assbutts Creed 3, DmC and others I won't pick up until they're in the 20 to 30 dollar range.

So yeah, I'll be playing them for a while. Until we see some extended gameplay of these new PS4 titles (in the hands of people whose intention isn't to showcase them to their fullest potential), I'm not even concerned with the next gen. There's plenty to hold me over now.

Ofcourse, i have full intention of keeping playing my PS3 for some time now, theres lots of games ive yet to play on it. I havnt even played Heavy Rain, ya know... ive missed lots of this generations big games, so ive lots of time to get to play them

The gameplan is to save money for the PS4, however, I will still buy GTA 5 and other games for teh ps triple. I want to switch over badly because of the next Gran Turismo and Metal Gear Solid games, but I'm sure there will be PS3 only titles while the PS4 is out. This has been the most active console in terms of coming out with things every year. We had Home, then the Slim, then the HD collections, the Vita, an even slimmer PS3 and now this. Oh and Playstation Movie, which was a big deal and I've had so much fun playing Ping Pong in Sports Champions.

I've only had my PS3 a few months now and will not set it aside once the PS4 comes out. So many great games I've yet to even try at this point in time. Looking forward to picking up some older single player titles at dirt cheap prices once the PS4 is released.

I might go from buying the games to waiting until they are weekly hires for $5 from local video store for the games I need to catch up on, but I find it hard to justify buying the games for a console I will replace in a short time.
