Ezio was the last and became the head Assassin, we sent Assassin's on those type of missions to retrieve Intel for us and just did the Assassination and & Connor was the only one, except the old dude who guided him
With Altair it was more of a organize group calling the shots and you was carrying out orders, Ezio and Connor didn't have that, they call the shots.
Not saying they can't bring it back, just explaining why it wasn't there Story wise
Design wise it was because that was one of the complaints about the first.
And from what I can see this new Assassin don't answer to anyone

lol I get what you're saying. But all I'm seeing is just non-answers to why it's not there mechanically I know you're not the dev; but all I'm saying is that they should bring it back and see no reason for them not to.

If they cite "story issues" with it, then I now they're just being lazy. There are more ways to implement gameplay elements without relying on story.

Probably needs requesting, they took it out because of feedback of the first and continued with that formula that people liked

They definitely need to make it more focused. Rocksteady accomplished that with Arkham City without taking away the "openness."

Reminds of me Pirates of the Caribbean which has me excited for the game but I just finished AC3 and it wasn't as good as I hoped for it to be.

The naval battles seemed forced to me....and the new one is gonna have more of that. =/

October 30th (NA) and 31st (EU/AU). It's anywhere from 1-3 days with the games.

Yeah America gets them Tuesday UK is Fridays
But like Tomb Raider is out Tuesday in the UK, so was RE6 and Mental Gear Solid 4

Can't believe the rate in which they are pumping these out. I haven't bought any of them since the first, thought it could have been so good but the whole animus thing is lame.

If they ditch the weird future stuff I'll get this one

Ofcourse it reminds you of Pirates of the Carribean. Seeing as how it's about Pirates ..... in the Carribean.

Pirates of the Carribean is a movie with a theme based on history.

You need to try one of the other games in the series, the core gameplay and exploration isnt justified in the first game its extremely repetitive and the gameplay elements feel rather basic compared to the later games. I only rented the 1st game at my library but it was so dull and repetitive that i forced myself to actually complete it so i could buy the later games by doing the 3 smaller objectives to get to the main mission. Its like that throughout the whole of that game. Honestly the only good thing about the 1st game mission wise is the last mission in the game
