No doubt. That is if Mirrors Edge 2 is there. Bf4 will most definitely be though.

Honestly this isn't very surprising. Considering EA wasn't at the Sony reveal and not to mention Moore is head of EA Sports. It only makes sense. EA isn't going xbox exclusive though. They would lose so many sales that way. Exclusive DLC/Timed is probably where this is headed.

If kinect is in every game that is a strong sign that they're going casual butbi doubt it would happen. Kinect doesnt work in ever game like shooters.

Yeah MS is a fan of locking up that timed exclusive. I don't really get why. It's not that big of a deal in my book. I hate it when anyone pushes for timed exclusive. A waste of money that could go elsewhere.

Honestly, this makes me rather sad. Why? Cause it means Microsoft is going to continue there tactic of buying timed exclusive DLC instead of creating lots of new IP. That and timed exclusive DLC is just plain stupid, not that I really buy any anyways.

Yep, plus you know PS4 will have some major first party games as well as multiplats to keep you plenty busy.

I doubt kinect will be in every game but i do expect it to be shown. I actually wanna see the improvements they made to it and hopefully some more info about IllumiRoom. I'm hoping we get a glimpse at the console too and some clarity on some of the rumors. I'm not expecting them to go all out but I think theirs will be presented better than sony's was.

Well there is always the possibility of a new IP going exclusive. The risk is never as high at the beginning of a consoles life, but the games budget may not be as high as games that would go multiplat.

Probably can play used games on the 360 but not on the next xbox due to watermark disks.

As this been confirmed yet? I just can't see MS doing this alone. I can see every game requiring online pass this gen but blocking watermarking single player games and blocking them at the hardware level with a online check, I just can't see this happening. I could be wrong but just imagine how gamestop would react to that. MS has got to have something major up their sleeves if they go that route because used games shop may not want to stock up the console unless they make a profit off of them right out the gate.

If EA is to be the biggest advocate of DLC and micro-transaction, I will pass on all their games regardless of how good they look... I had no problem boycotting S-E after FFXIII, I won't think twice about EA!!!

I doubt that the exclusive deal will be on all EA games just a handful of titles. Anyway i wont be buying any EA launch titles on new consoles. They suck full of bugs and glitches the only one worth buying is BF4 and maybe Respawn.

Well 1 thing I guess you can take from this is that MS's console will be up to par with the ps4 in terms of performance ( maybe a little less, or maybe more powerful) if they do plan on revealing BF4 and Mirrors Edge 2 during their event.

I think some of you guys can't really just say MS love their time exclusive deals, while they might have done more of this ( especially paid a lot more, like COD and GTA IV) SONY have also shown a lot of time elusive content ( FC3, AC3, BF3, mafia 2, probably a few more too) and are still the first to announce this horrible trend next gen ( destiny)

I don't think any actual EA exclusive games for the 720 will be announced though.

I do hope they have a strong core game showing, nothing MS "currently" or are rumoured to show has interested me ( alan wake 2 is the only one, which is likely to be on the PC too) and this possible push on kinect is off-putting.

Indeed, and well stated. I think they will continue their focus on games like they did this gen, with a console that is pretty even again. Seems to have worked last time, so they probably want to do more of the same. With a price drop, if that happens, this year they might be hitting the 90 million sold mark by January. That is a huge based to sell all these great games to.

This isn't a good sign. Teaming up with a publisher that has publicly stated that they will put microtranactions in every game makes me nervous.

Looks like MS is going to continue to rely more on timed exclusives and DLC than original content.
