via Gematsu.Sony has released the first official screenshots of inFAMOUS: Second Son. If you watched the announcement trailer last week, there’s nothing you here you haven’t already seen. But screenshots are screenshots, I always say.
The next game from Sucker Punch Productions, Second Son is set in Seattle, seven years after inFAMOUS 2, and stars new protagonist Delsin Row, a 24-year-old convinced he’s destined for greatness, and who can direct, manipulate, and transform into smoke. In order to prevent a repeat of the events from previous titles, potential “bio-terrorists” are immediately handed over to the Department of Unified Protection. And Delsin, who’s not one to get along with authority, is caught in the fishnet.

Yeah the smoke powers do sound pretty cool. A bit of a jump from electricity. I can't wait to see what they are going to do with this game. I have faith in Sucker Punch!

It's nice to FINALLY more to the next generation. It's been long overdue IMO.
And keep in mind that these are only 1st gen titles. Just imagine what they will be doing by year 3.

The new lead looks cool, kinda evil in a let's get justice in any way possible kinda way.
I actually thought inFAMOUS was a dead franchise going into the PS4 considering inFAMOUS 2, but I'm really happy that it's not. Amazing games and SuckerPunch are a great studio. It's a launch title correct? swooon

I really hope there is more things to do in the city compared to the last two games. This game is basically a sandbox and while I like sandbox games when they are done right, I don't like when they give you this HUGE city and all you can really do is the main story. That's was gets my goat bigtime.

lol this will get much better around E3 and then around the end of the year...it'll be fun to watch how much improvements they'll make the next time we see the game
