I really do hope that this year is that turnaround, Sony's overall lineup has never looked better with top-of-the-line products coming from every division, I think if they manage a global release of ps4 with great launch titles in 2013, then the days of red for Sony might finally be coming to an end.

I wonder if I should wait to buy a PS4 now? Imagine if Sony goes under in a couple of years. That would make the PS4 an abortion like the Dreamcast.

This is good. Sony was too big for its own good and these assets sales will reflect a change in strategy to be a bit more focused going forward. We will see what Sony gains after all is said and done.

True, but if they down size too quick and then this is were they might suffer and this is not a great time to suffer on the heels of the PS4 release

Alright saying that but with wanting to do a global launch there's bound to be people who will wonder on the hardware being solid no yellow light of death a year after like say the 360 type issues where they where failing a lot after a year or two in. They've got a good head start and are probably maybe building the heart of the PS4 now so make sure they have enough for the global launch just some people are skeptical

Can it really be that much of a deal, i mean a lot of gaming companies down size a wee bit and no one hears about it and sony might have been planning this for months or a year now and i comes as no surprise they are doing just before the PS4 comes out

SMART MONEY makes a company grow and it seems they are moving into that area at the right time

    Thanks to Spyrde/Sylar
