Uncharted 1, 2, 3 (loved em all)
Borderlands 1 (replayed this game probably more than I've played any other games this gen)
Borderlands 2 (in the middle of yet another playthrough currently)
Red Dead Redemption (because it really captured the feel of the southwest so well)
GTA4 (it had some annoying mechanics but was just so much freakin' fun!)
Skyrim (because it was good enough for me to put in 300+ hours of my life and I don't even particularly like pure RPGs)
Darkness 1 (okay, so it wasn't all that great a game, but it was the first ps3 game I bought so being sentimental and all...)
honorable mentions: call of duty/MW series, DMC4, spec ops the line, portal2, mass effect series, heavy rain, vanquish, la noire
