Might change for the PS4? Since the PS4 was made to be very dev-friendly.

Ok I was confused what The Agen was. It is possible. I would like to see it for damn sure. I just don't know if it can pull a Kratos and rise from Development Hell.

the thing with R* is they don't let their games leak at all.... and they take a long time to develop them.

I'd love to see Sony bring back "The Agency", the spy-based MMO game. I was really looking forward to that. Still am, considering how every MMO I've played recently has ruined itself by changing to a free-to-play pay-to-win model.

The Agency was cancelled so I don't see it coming back.

Agent was probably put on hold for Rockstar North to develop GTA V. Rockstar Games' other IPs (Red Dead, Bully, Midnight Club etc.) are handled by other development studios within Rockstar Games.
