I believe there is a number somewhere in between, that we don't know about but in all honestly what sort of OS kernal is going to use a whopping 3gb, and I also believe the NDA means these supposed devs are simply either trying to sound important, or yanking ya chain "sounds about right" is such a vague terms.
As for VGleaks, I think they have a handle on only "some" of the information, I even went over their latest little memory diagram, and it made no sense whatsoever. These huge chunks of logic missing from their conclusion (.ie. the move engines make no sense in the setup they have).
