I think it mostly depends on the culture of each store. I've gone in some that they people were great. Then I've been in ones that I've never gone back because of assholes that work there. I had one made a snide remark about why i was trading in my 360 for a PS3 slim. I blame most of those kinds of cultures on shitty management. Regardless of your favorite console you should force it down someone's throat. Educate the customer on reasons why it's your console of choice if you must but don't undermine them if they dont agree and choose otherwise.

If a gamestop employee does something like that they should be fired its like you working at wendys and I order a chicken sandwich and the employee says that taste like shit get a burger and insist even after you said I still want a chicken sandwich and they continue to push the burger on me.
They would be fired. Same standard should be held at gs
