Any pointers on what no to do while touching pc parts. Im scared of static electricity burning out something.

Buy an anti-static wrist strap... and don't be a derp and do things like touch metal or magnetic crap against the motherboard or drop screws on the board and turn it on. And don't forget to properly place the motherboard screws into the case before putting the motherboard down, etc. so you don't short the board... and many other things.

The static from your fingers is more than enough to short out any of the components in the case. Just use common sense.

First time is very scary but i helped my brother build his then he helped me build mine. Im pretty confident i can build one on my own its pretty easy once you know how things work. I still have no idea how water cooling works but i bet if i had some hands on with that i would understand it pretty easy.

It just takes practice. The first time I ever did anything inside a PC I was upgrading the RAM. I felt like I was disarming a nuke... beads of sweat running down my face... lol.

    You'll be okay.

I've messed around inside of computers loads and never bothered with any anti static stuff and I'm not careful with what I touch and I've never had a problem.

That doesn't mean something bad won't happen. It just means you're very fortunate thus far.

It can and it does happen... not very often... but there's no point in leaving anything to chance.

There are plenty of wifi cards available.

This day and age you will want something with at least "N" capability.

You can find wireless expansion cards for around 20 bucks or so. Like keefy said, make sure it's wireless N capable.

Most custom boards don't have wifi, it's usually something you have to install yourself.

gigabyte are good. I bought new board the other day for 50 notes (AMD) its a doddle to update the BIOS (can even do it while in windows) also this board overclocks better, I managed 3.8GHz stable so far unlike my other which crashed anything above 3.7GHz.
