That's a matter of opinion and perspective. To me a country that is neutral in the worlds conflicts, pays for me to get well when I'm sick, offers me free university education, is rich in culture and doesn't have a gun loving population armed to the teeth is the best in the world.

I agree about the univeral health care and education but youre spouting ignorance with your lack of culture comment along with making it sound like the US is filled with armed sociopaths running around the streets killing each other everywhere. You've been reading too many cherry picked newspaper stories.

I don't hate anyone at all. Would love to hear another perspective. This perspective is from the side of the UK so maybe playing online in the US is different?

I do agree the current state of our nation is in chaos... but the negative examples don't define this country. Every country has its own problems, some more than others... but that doesn't make this country a horrible place.

You misunderstood. I was listing Austria's strengths. I wasn't implying America was void of culture, and it's my own preference to be in a country that isn't all armed.

I think unanimously, everyone has had such a negative experience in the US. I just think it's an improper cause being named.

Sure we have problems here in the states but it's still the best country in the world hands down.

It's shit like this that makes people dislike the United States. People don't hate Americans because we're living in the greatest nation on Earth; they hate us because so many of us think we do.

I believe that, so I wrote about that. That's my experience of why teamplay and communication isn't what it used to be. I am sorry if it has offended you though. It wasn't my intention to do that. However, I do stick with what I wrote as being from the heart and true. As a gaming writer, I've vowed I'll do more of that this year as writing up press releases can be a little boring.

I believe you in that you weren't trying to be rude or offensive, and instead simply gauging your statement on your experience. However, I would expect some professionalism over this. You're clearly targeting the American population in the article despite acknowledging counter-reasonings at the end to what you've just said. Maybe if you had citations to back you up or you had weaved in the exposition that Americans may be the general and more usual culprits here then this wouldn't have struck as a potential issue.

The US is a melting pot of culture thanks to immigration and our citizenship laws. So yes... it does.

My personal opinion of Americans - love them just wish they would go easy on the speech! Too much to say sometimes and love the sound of their own voices!
Apart from that, no problem
